With just the push of a digital button, give the temporary on-screen password and an agent will be able to see and optionally control what is on your screen to do or fix what is needed. It also includes chat support available through the Signal app. By default, any device you purchase from us will come with 3 months of KotiKonnect support once you've submitted your device's product number on this page in the future.
